Today Andrei visited Dr Hiroshi Morita in the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Tsukuba, Japan. Tsukuba is one of most famous Science Cities in the world, which was specifically designed to host a university and dozens of large research institutes. Such ideas were realized elsewhere as well, one example being the famous Soviet town Akademgorodok, which was founded even before Tsukuba. Tsukuba is very impressive, a city full of academic institutions with thousands of PhDs is immersed in a forest.
Andrei gave 1h30′ย Soft Matter Modeling Group Seminar at AIST (19th June,ย 10:30-12:00)ย “Block copolymers under external fields”.

Official date stamp for the visit day. If you can decipher the date, put a comment to this post with your answer. Come then in Preston and we will celebrate the knowledge in a pub ๐

Heisei 25 corresponds to the year 2013, the Year of the Snake.
So the first two digits “25” denote 2013.
Cheers,
