Mathematics talk in Pakistan on 8 March

On 8 March 2013 Andrei visited the Department of Mathematics at Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, Pakistan. He delivered 2 hours lecture for the undergraduate students and staff on mathematical aspects of Cell Dynamics Simulation of block copolymers, followed by the discussion.

A pilot project of introducing LON-CAPA in teaching process was conducted in the School of CEPS in 2011/2012 academic year.

Christine Stokes visits

Our alumnus, Christine Stokes, who graduated last July, and now is doing a PhD at the University of Manchester, visited our group today. Christine is on 4 years PhD program and the first 6 months are full of regular modules. We were very pleased to learn, that she is keeping up with the first class grades in Manchester.
