I presented my poster in annual research conference which was held from the date 2nd July to 4th July 2013 at the University of Central Lancashire, UK. It was an ideal opportunity to share findings from my project. My poster was about the collective behaviour of self-propelled particles. This was my first experience to present a poster in a conference.
I felt apprehensive about this beforehand, but found that it was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. Many people showed interest in the poster and I really enjoyed talking to them about what I had done and learned. It was an opportunity to meet with other researchers from different research groups. Through my experience of creating a poster I appreciated and looked at other poster presentations at the conference in a different way.
