The biennial meeting of the Institute of Physics Polymer Physics Group will take place in the Isaac Newton Building main lecture theatre from 11-13 September. The first conference in this series was held in the mid-1960s, and previous hosts have included the universities of Cambridge, Durham and Bristol. A highlight of the meeting will be the Founders’ Prize Lecture, which this time will be given by Professor Masao Doi of Beihang University in China. The other invited speakers (all confirmed) will be Rachel Evans (Cambridge), Marie-Pierre Laborie (Freiburg, Germany), Juan de Pablo (Chicago) and James Sharp (Nottingham). The abstract submission deadline is Friday 10 May and the early registration deadline is 19 July.
