From Tuesday February 13 to Thursday February 15 (2018) Fabien visited Durham university to discuss a research project with Halim Kusumaatmaja from Durham university UK and Victor Ambrus from West University of Timisoara Romania. The project aims at combining the numerical and theoretical skills of V. Ambrus to simulate hydrodynamics flows and the expertise of H. Kusumaatmaja and F. Paillusson in soft matter modelling to understand soft-matter relevant complex fluid dynamics under conditions that are currently unaccessible with the existing state-of-the-art methods.
